Well the Winter season is over and hopefully the March rains will have washed the roads off for us. Once again this year I’ll be leading rides from the shop at 6PM on Mondays. The first few rides will be about 12-15 miles on flat roads and at a “conversation” pace. As the group grows, Jeff, Linda, and I will split us up into “challenge groups” to ensure nobody gets left behind and everybody gets the workout they want. So if you’re brand new to cycling or you’ve raced and ridden in a pace line before, there is a ride here for you.

Last season was so much fun. So set a couple of training goals for yourself and come join us. You’ll be glad you did.
